Let me start by saying that I've bought a LOT of cars in my lifetime. I purchased a CPO Genesis G70 Sport Prestige from Genesis of Atlanta late last year. This was before the change in leadership and the move to the swanky new location. The information and promises shared with me during that purchase I found out later to not be true and saying I wasn't happy would be an understatement. I decided to replace my CPO and in the process discovered that a few months and a change in leadership make all the difference in the world. To provide context, they are located 1.5 hours away from my home city but I decided to give them another chance as they have the largest inventory and specifically had what I was looking for on the lot and available that day. Dwayne Palmer is a joy to work with. From the time we connected I knew that he was the real deal. HE TOOK THE TIME to find out what I needed and what was important to me, and NEVER pressured me to settle for something that was "almost" what I wanted. I will never forget that and he has earned a customer for life. HauB Cao in finance was truly awesome. I've never had a finance guy do as much as he did to make me happy with the transaction and we laughed so hard and so much that people in the lobby were probably wondering what was so dang funny. I just have to say again these guys to include the Sales Manager, and I didn't get his name, but I can't end this without expressing my appreciation and admiration to him for his caring and leadership. They have made me a Genesis of Atlanta customer for life.

Didn’t know much about the Genesis brand as is doesn’t have a big presence in North Carolina, as soon as I walked in, the facility was breathtaking, it felt like walking into someone’s home. I was immediately greeted by Taha who greeted us in a way as if he was expecting us ready to assist, instantly putting me at ease as dealerships usually follow such an aggressive sales approach, but not here. If you are going to purchase a Genesis vehicle, go nowhere else but here. Instant gratification, speedy process, and great service. Make sure to ask for Taha!

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Mike Gabrani and Sam Patel at Jim Ellis Genesis. Mike did an exceptional job taking the time to show us all the features of our future vehicle and helped us ensure we were making the right decision. Mike helped us feel comfortable with our purchase through his transparency and customer care. Sam was great to work with in Finance and helped guide us to best vehicle coverages and also general new parent advice - to which we hope our kid(s) will have the same drive as his! We appreciate our experience with the team and will certainly consider them on our next purchase.

To start, this process of buying a car was very stressful and eye opening. However, from the moment I got with Genesis of Atlanta, Mark and Sam Patel worked so gracefully to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted with the package I wanted. They made the process quick and simply and worked with my work schedule to ensure I could get this car. I love my new car, inevitable grateful to these two.

I highly recommend Genesis of Atlanta!! Top notch experience from beginning to end. Mike Gabrani was our sales rep and Alexander handled the financing side. Both of these gentlemen were so kind, knowledgeable and patient! They both answered every question we had, along with questions we didn’t even know we had with the greatest knowledge of the vehicle and process. The facility is stunning! The employees are spectacular and I am completely in love with my new Genesis GV80! Thank you all for providing such a wonderful experience! **UPDATE** My husband and I are even more impressed with Genesis of Atlanta than we were before! We are ended up discovering some cosmetic issues on our GV80. We attempted to address the issues with our local Genesis dealer in the Nashville area, but they were incredibly backed up and couldn’t get us in to look at it until at least December (2+ months out). My husband reached out to Mike Gambrini and within minutes and MUCH to our surprise, they told us to bring the car back and they would put us in another one. Mike even scaled the hurdles of my request of wanting the EXACT same car, inside and out that I already had. I fell IN LOVE with my car and really wanted to keep it the same. Mike searched and found my exact car 200 miles away and had it transported to Atlanta. Alex and Sam Patel moved mountains to maintain the same financing we previously had, although the rates have increased a bit over the last 2 months. He made everything perfectly seamless from one car to the other! Everything was addressed and handled in a timely, professional and caring manner. They expressed multiple times that our happiness was their ultimate goal and we are most definitely beyond happy and so grateful for their superb efforts! You guys are amazing! Thank you so much for everything!

EDIT 8/12/2023: Shortly after I posted my initial review, Torrie from Genesis Atlanta followed up with me personally to ensure I was taken care of and offered me a place on the schedule for this week. He also informed me that CPO Genesis models don't actually qualify for the 3 year/36,000 miles of complimentary maintenance. Just an FYI for other CPO Genesis owners out there. Regardless, I appreciated Torrie's honesty and quick follow-up and have adjusted my review score accordingly. ORIGINAL 8/11/2023: I've tried contacting Genesis of Atlanta's Service Department for 4 days straight to schedule a simple routine maintenance visit. Nobody will pick up the phone or return my calls. The online scheduling system says "NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE" I'm at a loss and extremely frustrated. My 2022 G70 includes complimentary maintance for 3 years--which is 100% useless if Genesis of Atlanta won't pick up the phone. As a result of their service department's negligence, I've had no choice but to schedule my 10k service with a non-Genesis mechanic. That means I'll be paying $300 out-of-pocket for a service that Genesis of Atlanta should be providing free-of-charge. I never once had this problem with Lexus dealers in 12 years. If Genesis of Atlanta ever returns my calls I may consider revising this review accordingly.
